Pre-filters

DeepPleat
The DeepPleat pre-filter consists of a pleated filter that allows for increased surface area in a smaller volume. This means that Donaldson BOFA filters last a long time.

DeepPleat Duo
The BOFA DeepPleat DUO pre-filter is designed to maximize filter life. It incorporates a high-capacity separation chamber into the filter, designed as a pre-separator, which helps extend the life of the pre-filter, which in turn protects against premature blockage of the HEPA filter.
Main filters

HEPA
BOFA HEPA filters are designed to filter 99.995% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. Secondary filter for removing fine particles.

Chemistry and gas
BOFA's advanced carbon filters are designed to help filter fumes, and specific carbon types are carefully tailored to the needs of the industry.
The contaminated air must remain in contact with the carbon bed for a period of time sufficient to ensure that no contaminants or odors are released. BOFA product designs consider a balance between the air flow rate and the type, depth and mass of carbon used, taking into account the contaminants associated with the application and helping to ensure adequate retention time.
