CO2 Laser Engraving Equipment Warranty Terms

These warranty conditions apply to the CO2 laser engraving machine (hereinafter referred to as the Machine) and are valid provided that all of the following points are met. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to third parties.

• The device must operate in a room where the temperature is maintained constant and is at least +10°C. Rapid temperature fluctuations, for example from +20°C to 0°C, are not permitted.
• Transporting the device outside the original installation location during the warranty period is not permitted. Transporting the device is only permitted with the distributor's permission. Moving the device within the same room is permitted, taking precautions and ensuring the stability of the device.
• The warranty is valid only if all factory seals of the Equipment are intact and not damaged. The seals may only be tampered with with the dealer's approval. Otherwise, in case of damage to the seals, the warranty automatically becomes invalid.
• Any intervention by third parties (except the manufacturer or its authorized service representatives) in the mechanical or electrical components of the Equipment voids the warranty. This condition applies to any unauthorized repair, modification or other intervention in the construction of the Equipment.

The warranty does not apply to:

• Natural wear and tear.
• Damage caused by improper use, maintenance or storage.
• Damage caused by external factors (fire, flood, electrical voltage fluctuations, etc.). Consumables and raw materials (e.g. laser tube, optics, etc.), unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer must immediately contact the seller or the manufacturer's authorized service center, submitting the purchase document and a detailed description of the damage.
