DeepPleat DUO pre-filter
The DeepPleat DUO pre-filter is designed to maximize filter life. It incorporates a high-capacity separation chamber within the filter, designed as a pre-separator, which helps extend the life of the pre-filter, which in turn protects against premature HEPA filter blockage.

HEPA filter
HEPA filters are designed to filter 99.995% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. Secondary filter to remove fine particles.

Advanced carbon filters
Advanced carbon filters help capture contaminants and odors, reducing the risk of bypassing and tunneling. They are designed with special types of carbon tailored for industrial applications.

Reverse flow air technology
Reverse flow air technology reduces the speed and changes the direction of the air, causing larger particles to enter the filter outlet chamber. This reduces the ingress of particles into the filter media, significantly improving the filter's capture performance and extending the filter's life.

Automatic flow control
Automatic flow control allows the user to pre-set the correct airflow rates for a given application, helping to maintain airflow. This results in lower noise levels and helps protect the more expensive HEPA filters.

On-board compressor (optional)
The built-in compressor is designed to meet the air supply requirements of the laser. Unlike stand-alone air compressors, our built-in compressor is located in the exhaust system for a simpler and more compact installation.

A remote stop/start signal ensures that your Donaldson BOFA fume extraction system only operates when your unit is running, helping to save on both operating costs and energy.

VOC sensor (optional)
The VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) sensor continuously monitors exhaust air and alerts you if VOC levels exceed a preset threshold, preventing the release of unwanted VOCs and other unpleasant odors.
