The ILF 1000 is our largest capacity built-in pre-filter, ideal for applications that generate significant dust and particulates. It is positioned alongside the main Donaldson BOFA extraction system and helps to increase overall filter capacity and extend the life of the main filters.

DeepPleat DUO pre-filter
The DeepPleat DUO pre-filter is designed to maximize filter life. It incorporates a high-capacity separation chamber within the filter, designed as a pre-separator, which helps extend the life of the pre-filter, which in turn protects against premature HEPA filter blockage.

Reverse flow air technology
Reverse flow air technology reduces the speed and changes the direction of the air, causing larger particles to enter the filter outlet chamber. This reduces the ingress of particles into the filter media, significantly improving the filter's capture performance and extending the filter's life.
