The station's CO₂ laser marking machine adopts an industrial, standardized modular design. It is equipped with a fully imported metal-sealed resonant frequency CO₂ laser assembly, a high-speed scanning galvanometer, and an extended focusing system.
The station's CO₂ laser marking machine features high stability, an anti-interference industrial computer system, a motorized Z-axis for easy focusing, and a high-precision lifting platform. The laser marking station can operate continuously 24 hours a day, maintaining high stability, accuracy, and working speed. Unlike traditional marking methods such as inkjet printers or labels, the integrated laser marker operates in a non-contact mode and requires minimal maintenance.
