The UV laser marking workstation uses a 355nm ultraviolet laser source and offers a very small spot diameter, which ensures unparalleled micro-marking quality and accuracy on a variety of materials. The UV laser creates a minimal heat-affected zone, effectively preventing material damage. It is especially suitable for fine marking, engraving and cutting of materials that are sensitive to thermal radiation.

The UV laser marking workstation provides high-contrast markings even on very sensitive materials such as glass, certain types of plastics (silicone, white polyamides) or ceramic surfaces.

UV laser marking technology is mainly used in the automotive and aerospace industries (e.g. cable marking), as well as in medical technology, including the processing of catheters and insulin pumps.
