The station's UV laser marking machine uses a 355nm ultraviolet laser source with an ultra-small beam diameter. It provides excellent micro-marking quality and high precision in processing various materials. The UV laser creates a minimal heat-affected zone, which effectively helps prevent material damage. This technology is particularly suitable for fine marking, engraving and cutting on materials with high sensitivity to thermal radiation.

The UV laser marking system is capable of high-contrast marking even on highly sensitive products. Since the vector-scanning laser works by photochemically affecting the material surface with minimal peripheral heat transfer, it significantly reduces thermal damage to substrates and materials being processed.

This technology is ideal for high-contrast laser marking of sensitive and delicate materials such as glass, certain plastics (silicone, white polyamides) or ceramics.

UV laser marking machines are widely used in the automotive and aerospace industries (e.g. for cable marking), as well as in medical technology, including the processing of catheters and insulin pumps.
