UV laser markers – a precise solution for sensitive materials

UV laser marking machines use short-wavelength (usually 355 nm) ultraviolet radiation, which allows for so-called “cold” marking – the surface of the material is not heated or damaged, thus preserving its structure. This technology is particularly suitable for fine and high-precision engraving on sensitive or heat-resistant materials, such as glass, plastic, ceramics, silicon chips and even drug packaging. UV markers are widely used in electronics, pharmaceuticals, the cosmetics industry and microcomponent production, where permanent but visually accurate marking without thermal deformation is required.
